About

We are Legend Coffee Company, a hand-built family business. The story begins on the family homestead in China Spring, Texas. Using natural materials and a collection of tools accumulated over a lifetime, we built the coffee trailer from  scratch.
After falling in love with the art of roasting coffee, we decided we wanted to have a venue to share, collaborate, and converse about coffee, here in Austin, Texas. We want the experience to be honest, the coffee to be serious, and the barista to be approachable. We offer a traditional menu prepared with local ingredients and the highest scoring seasonal coffees that we can get our hands on. So come see us, let us pour you a cup, and find out what the Legend is all about.
